The Foundation has been awarding scholarships to deserving young Indian since 1976.
Inlaks Scholarships provide the opportunity to young people with exceptional talent in any field to improve their skills to operate in society, thus making them a future vehicle of change in their environment.
Two types of scholarship available- university courses and specific programmes.
University Courses Scholarships are granted at top American, European and UK institutions, for funding requirements including tuition fees.
Applicable course, university and country
This scholarship is applicable for Masters Degrees. This scholarship is applicable for all Universities in all Countries.

Eligibility
Interview- There are no provisions for interviews through telephone or video conference If the short-listed candidate is not able to attend the interview, his/her case may be considered in absentia, in exceptional cases for the preliminary interview sta All candidates have to be present in person for the final interview Shortlisted candidates are required to attend the personal interviews Applicants are normally expected to hold a good first degree from a recognized university in India Applicants who hold a good undergraduate degree from a recognized university outside India, must have resided continuously and been employed or been studying in India, for at least two years, after their under-graduation Applicants must hold the prior admission to the institution and course chosen. The Foundation will not consider candidates without admission or pending admission Applicants must be below 30 years of age in the year of application Applicants who are already studying or have started their program abroad are not eligible Selection criteria will be based on- extracurricular and academic achievements potential suitability of the chosen course, project or program
