Diploma or Degree in Civil or Mechanical Engineering from a recognized institute or university or equivalent qualification as notified by Ministry of Human Resources, Govt. of India with an IPSC Certification in Plumber (General) NSQF Level 4 or equivalent QP with a minimum score of 70 percent”
